Who we are
Kate Ramsay is the Managing Director and lead coach of AnD Consulting. Kate is supported by associate coaches who are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Northern NSW.
We have held key management positions with major corporations from a wide variety of industries such as technology, financial services, healthcare and retail and have led entrepreneurial organisations. Our qualifications include degrees in business, education, psychology and science and masters degrees in business (MBAs), social ecology and management.
We share a commitment to our ongoing learning and a genuine interest in helping others.
Coach Bios
Tina Alexander brings to her role as an executive coach over 20 years corporate, board membership, leadership and finance expertise. She has a unique blend of corporate savvy, strong people development and change management skills, which provides an effective sounding board against which her clients are able to assess their preferred solutions. Tina’s coaching is underpinned by a deep dedication and commitment to seeing her clients succeed. She is passionate about her work and is committed to a high quality service which exceeds expectations.
Lisa Do
herty iis an experienced executive/leadership coach, facilitator and people development specialist, with a career spanning twenty five years. She has created a successful executive/ leadership coaching practice, supporting many individuals from a variety of backgrounds,from newly appointed leaders to senior partners/executives. Her proven approach enables clients to make transformations in line with their goals and aspirations, by supporting them to gain clarity, insights and solutions.
Russell Fakira is a results driven, business and human resource executive with over 15 years experience in strategic, operational and transformational HR roles across Australasia. He is an experienced leadership coach and functional expert focused on growing business capability targeted to the external customer; developing leaders and talent depth and; improving overall business performance.
Marilyn Hatton is a leadership coach who is committed to helping energize men and women to gain greater productivity and fulfilment both in their professional and personal lives. She has extensive experience in public sector learning and development at an organisational and individual level. Marilyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and a Master’s Degree in Gender Studies from the Australian National University and above all, she is warm, perceptive, supportive, challenging and enthusiastic.
Rob McIntosh brings a depth of business experience in industries as diverse as transport, telecommunications, finance, and the environment to his role as an Entrepreneur Coach. Together with his hard nosed business savvy, Rob has a keen awareness that even the most apparently tough business people require a safe sounding board and some guidance on the personal and interpersonal imperatives that go with achieving success in business and life.
Joy Pitts is an Organisational Psychologist and leadership coach with a combination of counselling, psychology and extensive business experience. An experienced Human Resources, People and Culture Leader with twenty years of wide ranging experience spanning several continents and countries.
Kate Ramsay is the Managing Director of AnD Consulting and the lead coach of AnD’s Associate Coaches. Kate has had over 20 years and more than 12,000 hours of coaching experience. Kate's philosophy of coaching is that for each of us our answers lie within ourselves and that the role of the coach is to act as a catalyst to the client's self insight. Kate supports her clients to not only reflect on the knowing and the doing of leadership, but also on the art of being an effective leader.
Genevieve Vignes works with people as a leadership coach to achieve their business and life goals. She has a passion for helping others to tap into their own hearts and minds to develop to their full potential. Genevieve‘s expertise is based on 15 years in the corporate sector in consulting, general management and marketing management roles.
Andrew Wu's major strength lies in his ability to use his practical skills and experience in assisting his coaching clients to develop themselves, their staff and their organisation. Andrew is a registered psychologist, and has worked in various senior line management positions.
Megan Young brings a broad range of business and life experience to her role as a Leadership and Vision Coach. She has been a corporate leader, is a qualified social ecologist and Reiki practitioner and believes that we all have our unique ‘song to sing’ in this world, and enjoys coaching others to sing theirs.
